    Which reminds me...

After the recipients of the certificates get theirs, I don't want to hear that some of them had coffee stains on them. [IMG]

No, I will try to make it easy on everyone to get these signed and in the mail without too much delay. The only delay would be sitting on someone's desk waiting to go to the mail box. I realize it's a lot of signatures, but there was a lot of valuable education imparted there and I think it would be a nice jesture and great r0cognition to get a certificate signed by all the moderators.

I finalized the design and had all the certifications printed up today. I bought the mailing supplies and now I am just waiting on a few addresses I don't have yet. Here is the final look, in about the actual size ('course, ya hafta click on 'em - they are printed on 11x8.5" card stock with a nice finish I can't duplicate here). They turned out real nice. I will include all the mailing labels, pre-addressed envelopes and postage paid, so all the moderators (I changed their title to Facilitators) and principals have to do is sign, reseal and mail. I will include a cover sheet with complete instructions because I am a worry wart. :shifty:

Looks like the money Tandy sent me is put to good use. I didn't realize how much some of this crap costs. Just the mailing material was over 50 bucks.

After I get all the addresses, I gotta figger out the most economical and efficient way to get everything to all the signers and recipients. I got a box that holds everything and it goes to each of the signers and is re-sealed to send to the next person. The facilitators will remove their own certificates, sign the rest and send it to the next in line. The last facilitator will insert the signed individual certs into a pre-addressed and paid envelope and mail them all out. The last facilitator will be Gerald Harts, so I'll save some postage on Patricia's cert. And Danny's and Tony's certs can go in the same envelope going to one of them.

I think that's how it goes. :hmmm:

Next workshop all the certs will be printed ahead and at the workshop for signatures. Then the workshop sponsors can have a kind of awards ceremony on the last day.

    TFP -
You have done, and continue to do, alot of work with our Building Bridges not Walls - first in promoting the seminar and now in all the followup work and moving forward toward an even better event for next year. We all appreciate your efforts. Thank you!

I must of missed this post. Looks good, it is hard to sign with one hand and coffee in the other.
