What are your personal Glue down rules?

I'm specifically talking about what plank width do you (personally) decide to glue down.

For instance, we will generally glue down anything 7" and higher. Here in Utah we are generally at 6% moisture. Anything that is 7" and up will move/cup/shrink etc... if it isn't glued and nailed down.

    Just curious.

So if nailing is insufficient, why not just glue it down without nailing, of course I would think urethane is the best adhesive, the others seam like they would allow movement .
Here in Florida of course we mostly glue down because we 're over concrete. We've glued 9" without any call backs oceanfront home, handscraped hides a lot though.
