So they've replaced one time already due to your dissatisfaction? Can you expand upon the first replacement?

We are not blaming Carpet One correct? Shaw manufactured the carpet to different specs. Is there a disclaimer on sample board? I know dyelot is on there but not sure about fiber quantity.

Is there a higher grade of that carpet that would satisfy you or is it the vacuum marks, footprints that would show with a more plush.

If that carpet line is what is sold then another choice is in order.

Maybe all the samples are inaccurate, I think that could be the main issue, is this a trade secret?

What is the style of carpet?

You have specs from the store sample and your carpet, but what are the printed specs? I was always told 10% + or - was within spec for carpet.

You should have fessed up that this is a replacement already. I doubt that C1 or CCA Global will do anything for a second complaint. I believe it is a one time only thing.
