    It's about 75/25 in my area as to if metal jambs get raised for me. Fortunately, i live in a small city & almost all the tradesman know one another. So most commercial jobs go pretty smoothly.
    I can understand not wanting to cut metal jambs as some of them doors weight a ton. But if cut right there should not be an issue. The most that can happen is the frame will drop 1/64" and rest on the tile. Thats not even enough to disturb the calk around the frame. The rewards outweigh the risk.
