Pricey nosebleed tickets are 350$, not sure about going but Vegas is cool and on way back last time I figured 3 day jot over there is like a weekend getaway.

$350 per? That’s steep for the eagles.

If you go, stay at the hotel California, it's such a lovely place and always
has plenty of room, any time of year. :p

No truck payment means you can have a Vegas vacation every month:yesss: I say if you’re gonna do it up, do it right. Spend the money for the good seats. After all, how many farewell tours can a band really have until it actually is the last one.

This is probably it. Same with all the other bands. It’s a good lesson, go see em while they’re young because years later the price skyrockets and you don’t get the opportunity.

My wife had tickets to “When hell freezes over tour” and asked me if I wanted to go 1994? I said I drove 5-1/2 hours to see Yes, right before getting underway in Charleston and I told myself not again. So she still has the tickets somewhere. 85$!

I did see Billy Joel way up high, definitely not the same vibe being up front. I may go spur of moment, wife wants to stay at the Venetian.

There were quite a few bands playing at casinos when we were there, Mike. Almost went to one. Some were affordable but ZZ top was starting at $100 a seat.

Now I might pay the price to see them boys. Wonder if they had their cool car on stage with them?

$100 a ticket is normal for a top tier band

I saw them here on tour for half that in their prime.

My first concert was Queen, with Thin Lizzy opening, on January 20, 1977. Tickets were $7.00 for decent seats. I really miss the ticket prices from back then.

I saw the Eagles in Tacoma Wa. in 94. $115 for a 3 concert that was fantastic. $325 is probably the going rate for most of these popular bands from the 70's since they have to pay for all that rehab

Going to see Don Felder Saturday night, my favorite and least egotistical Eagle. It was his guitar work, on their song, "One of These Nights" that really made radio take notice. He was also the reason why Joe Walsh got sober to do the "Hell Freezes Over" tour. As they say, he was the Eagles most used, and abused, member. Going to be a throwback 70s concert. Felder, Little River Band, ( though none or the original members are touring now) Ambrosia, (Wifes fav) and Firefall. Should be a very chill and relaxing night, to get us in the mood to take the next 7 days off, and camp at Morrow Bay. Looking forward to this vacation and getting out to the coast and away from the heat.

That 3 piece band was awesome, had that Deep Purple album on 8 track back in the day. Crusin in my 68 Plymouth Roadrunner, listening to my Craig Power Play, 4 speakers, Thought that was setup up back then, lol.

Yep 383. Same tape deck except I had to stuff a match book under the tape to keep it playing
