About 4K square yards C&A carpet, demo existing Lees glue down, remove and replace furniture. Also 5/6 rolls Armstrong Medintech. Same deal. A little bit of Nora 2MM tile and walk off mats at all exterior doors. I've been here about a week.

Could be a lot worse. I started last Wednesday, By then the rooms and corridors had been demoed out and half ass cleaned. The rooms were primered except where the furniture had been pushed. The carpet was cut for about 15 of the 20 or so rooms. So it went real quick and pretty slick til I had to start cutting for the angles in the smaller or odd shapes minimizing waste. The job is loaded up now with men so I have to take advantage before they scatter off and leave me with..........little to no help.

    That always happens. 100%

I feel your pain. I just finished a small job at our local casino. Supposed to have 3 laborers to do the VCT tearout. Only 1 showed up, so guess who did tearout. Always a promise, seldom the reality.

Everything but the library is done. There were 70 rolls.......so I was told. 4000 s/y. There's 7 rolls left on site and I was told they held 4 back assuming they might have over estimated and not wanting the customer to see us hauling them back. Progress photos.
