There is a sudden bump on the ground, growing it seems. It is located right off from the fridge (perhaps water related). It can be pressed down upon, and if you jump on it, the surrounding floor is affected: jumping up and down causes surrounding objects like the fridge to move

Got pictures? Use our free upload feature to share some. Is this a ceramic tile floor? What is under it? Concrete, wood subfloor?
  3. Sounds like the term “Tenting” as in the shape of a beginners tent ⛺️

Is there particle board somewhere underneath the tile. That stuff will swell up at the first hint of moisture. Not a good thing to happen with regards to your floor but if there is a leak somewhere it’s better to find out now before it turns into a real nightmare of a repair.
