Pre-weight rooms

    Did a new floor for a pre weight rooms
    At a hand and lotion place here in town about 850 sf did a trowel down and then a toss on top for a total of 3/16 thick with a poly top coat

    Was that a rubber toss or flakes? Looks great.

    It was a color Quartz floor

    Is it better to trowel the quartz or broadcast? I've seen it done both ways, just which is better.

    if we are asking questions I have one...

    What do you use as backer at the wall to get the cove on it?

    That just looks like cove base. I use the regular cove stick for vinyl and sometimes stick it on a strip of 1/4" ulay and attach that to the wall. Then there is this company but its rather spendy.

    I got questions! What's a pre weight room and why do they need eyewash station?
