Free class, 4 hours long, very informative and excellent introductory to the field. They didn't push product and went over a lot of equipment and procedures.

In our class which was small, there was a country club/cigar bar maintenance person, a fire/smoke damage restoration owner, a crime scene cleanup company, and a few others.

We asked many questions, got great answers, the instructor Bill Weigand was excellent down to earth, funny, enjoyable. I want to take the full day course, become more familiar with product and selection.

One interesting thing was ozone generators. They electrically split oxygen molecules and reattach to odor molecules. They also deteriorate rubber and room must be unoccupied.
