Walking through Lowes today saw these displays. Haven't installed this product, not sure if it is authentic flooring with core, or just a faux sample piece. Whichever this is not good publicity. Store #1853 in my county.

That must be so you can see how it is constructed. That or Mike peeled the samples back......

I think the customers are doing it, why would sales associates not pull sample, or are they ok with it showing this separation. I may have to go back and see it, now I see picture it shows Shaw at top of sample board.

They are looking for Flooring "specialist" I started filling out online application just to mess with them but didn't complete. Along with filling out other flooring applications online to mess with everyone looking for Flooring help but I can't find the time. Sorta like the song sign, "took off my hat and said imagine that, me working for you!"

Looks like a some price point stuff they make specifically for the big boxes. And why someone hasn't pulled it off the floor is beyond me.

It's not that far out there. Have you ever asked one of these schleps a truly technical question? HD and LWs don't pay enough for people to know, or care. Part 2 of that is the missing link here.

I will go back and ask, was waiting for the guy that worked there when I was there. In Oreillys today and someone said “hey mike” a girl that started when I did when we were putting the new store together. I asked if she still worked there, yes 13 years now. So I’ve been gone 11.
