Grant H I'd rather be patting my dog.

Just a Good Luck to all in the region. Even down under our thoughts are with you.

(really wasn't sure where to put this thought)

That was no "ordinary hurricane" I think the major dangers are ahead. They say only 15% had flood insurance. Another one may be on its way next Sunday on the east coast.

I have a cousin in Katy, Tx. Not to far from the severe flooding but to badly affected. Was reading some facts about Houston. About 80 above sea level. Gravity is not helping the water subside because of so much concrete and Houston is very flat. The geography only varies by a mere 12 inches over the entire Greater Houston area.

Another Hurricane is on its way, likely to hit Florida and maybe up east coast.
    Recovery is based on year-s

My son gets married Saturday and the leave for Jamaica next Monday. Hopefully it stays a little north on that. Would love to see it turn straight north now and not affect anyone at all.

Gas up .42 cent since before Harvey.

Visibility of water sucks when they go through.

These storms are wreaking havoc. If it hits here I just wonder what I'll have left. How the economy is going to operate, game changer.

Irma has gusts of 225 mph. Almost as fast as a Bugatti. They say it's going right up Florida, plenty of work here Kyle, and I don't have to be good, just an ordinary hack.

My buddies tell me it's raining ashes in Portland. Everything smells like smoke, even in your house. Sadly it happens every few years. Hurricanes on one side of the U.S., fires on the other and earthquakes from fracking in the middle.

Momma Nature is Mad. Few days ago they said there's another hurricane behind that one, Jose so they were warning when the power went out there was possibility people may not know another could be on its way.

Luckily we're on the 4th floor and have some elevation in case it floods. I may have to put up with the wife's entire family coming over if it gets too bad but that's better than the alternative. Hope they like watching Live PD.

My sister in Seattle says it is raining ash there also. Worse than when the volcano blew years ago.

I'd love to get to that part of the world someday. Sounds boring with nothing going on. Just kidding and I don't have an accent, you do
