I'd say you just went to 3-4 days and some contact cement. Just don't blow the place up like some guys did here 10 years ago.

20 gallons of contact in the winter with a torpedo heater, in a house. BOOM!

man I loved gluedown jobs and churches always felt like I was doing some good.

I just bid a 550 yard double glue church. I figured 12 days with 2 or 3 of us. Removing pews, base, tear up (stretch in)- tons of stairs, custom stage etc.. I will tack strip the stairs of course. I don't see any point of gluing them on. I don't do too many double glues, so I need to allow plenty of time and stuff.:)

And, when you get home you can truthfully say, you've been on your knees in church all day.
