floor remodel

    My home is open concept square home. 3/4" red oak in 2 room diagonal from one another. The kitchen and foyer are also diagonal and adjoin the wood floors.

    I would like to replace my foyer ceramic cracked tile with a LVT. Is there a floating floor option (no cement fiber board under ceramic - just subfloor).

    Plus, I also want to replace my 1992 installed vinyl roll (with 2 seams). No grout products so I am looking at the LVT that look like stone or possibly a cork product. Any ideas? and should I move my heavy appliances and an island to replace floor.
