Custom tapping block for laminates or hardwood

    We had a 1500 sq. ft. LVT job this week.
    It was IVC LVT. I usually use a scrap of the
    material as a tapping block. They get banged up easily
    and sometimes get lost on the floor ( they blend right in).
    So I had a brainstorm and glued and screwed a
    piece of 2 x4 to a scrap. I cut it from a corner
    so I had the length and width tongue.
    It worked great and was cheap :yesss:
