    We looked at those steaks the other day, now there's a recommended recipe, we'll try it. I have some kind of condition where food gets stuck on way down, my wife gets nervous, surprised my food isn't made in a blender. Man I use to engulf food in my younger days, chewing food is kinda new to me, much less enjoyable.

    My one recommendation would be to back off a little on the kosher salt. It did have a bit of salty taste. Not to bad but I try not to use a lot of salt

    Lately I've been using a lot of salt, sea salt large grain on my food is like chunks on pretzel, went to fine sea salt, word is it's healthier than land salt.
