We got down to 39 a couple days ago, but mid 40's is more normal right now. Fairly nice the past few days, almost 69 today.
Occasional frost comes in around Halloween sometimes....... ya just never know around here.
Rain on Saturday and Sunday, good news for the deer hunters.............. That will make the huners happy, because usually they are walkin on rice crispys in the early fall.

Hey Lo, we got snow on the mountains yesterday and it didn't melt today. We are in the 50s during the day and going to go to 31 tonight. I haven't seen snow on the mountains in september since I was a kid. Maybe we'll have snow for hunting this year.

I'm really hoping it isn't a nasty winter ... this house we've lived in for the past couple of years has a very steep drive and I cannot get up it if there is snow, or especially ice, until it's completely cleared off. Also, a very busy state route out front, so you have to time the exit from your drive even on a good day!:p

Snow in the passes in the coming days. Not unheard of, but a bit early. NOAA has a cool map here where you can click and drag the image. Wherever you click, it gives you a forecast.
7-Day Forecast for Latitude 42.62°N and Longitude 123.84°W (Elev. 4795 ft)
