What would be a reasonable square foot price to install 1,200 sq'
    of 12'' x 12'' ceramic tile over a concrete floor ?

    Thanks

    Mike

We get around 3.00 to 4.00 a SF for install if it's
A somewhat open floor and not a lot of stuff in the way

A lot of things factor in. 1200 ft is only part of equation. Labor only I've seen 1$ to 3$, 2.50 being low pro, I'd like 3, depends on layout/-----

    12's are kind of dated!

Thanks everyone ! I'll pass it onto my friend who's a Jack of all trades.

He's done carpet before  and helped me a few times, but after I saw him cutting the baseboards  I sent him on his way.
